Additional services:

Keep your dumpster longer than the standard 7 days: $25/day or $125/week; Choose up to 14 days on the initial order, or contact us at least 24 hours in advance to extend an existing rental.
Arrange an early pick-up: No charge; If you finish filling your dumpster earlier than expected, call us to arrange an early pick-up.
Get a dumpster delivered today: No charge; Depending on availability of dumpsters, we are happy to offer expedited same-day service at no additional charge.
Pavement Protection: No charge; We place blocking beneath the front rails of every dumpster we deliver to protect our customers' driveways.

Our Service Area: Standard and Extended

Delivery and pick-up of your Fiorenzo dumpster anywhere within our Service Area is included in the price. We also deliver dumpsters to customers who are in neighboring communities outside our Service Area. There is an additional charge depending on how far our truck must travel.

Rental Terms & Conditions:

While our equipment is on loan to you, we hope you will treat it as if it were your own. Our customer's agreement to follow these simple 5-point Guidelines is a crucial to our up-front, all-inclusive pricing policy.

These materials are prohibited in any of our dumpsters:

tires of any kind
televisions or computer monitor screens
hazardous waste (such as paint, chemicals, oils, corrosives, acids, toxic materials, etc. - as described by the EPA)
Fire hazards or explosives (such as propane tanks, fire extinguishers, fireworks, hot coals or ash)
Dirt or mud

These materials are permitted but with restrictions:

Concrete, Bricks, Blocks, and clean fill: may not be mixed with any other materials
▸ restricted to 5 cyd. dumpsters only
Shingles cannot be mixed with any material other than construction debris
▸ restricted to a maximum of 45 square of shingle per load

Exceeded disposal weight limits:

Dumpsters include the following disposal weight allowances:

10 yard = 1 ton
15 yard = 1.5 tons
20 yard = 2 tons
30 yard = 3 tons

Any dumpster exceeding the allotted disposal weight will be charged $75 per additional ton (pro-rated)

Please do not load a dumpster above the height of its walls
Inaccessible dumpster on scheduled pick up - will result in a $50 return trip charge.
damages caused by misuse or neglect to a dumpster within your care may result in additional charges to repair or replace that dumpster.
