Our Pavement Protection service ensures Fiorenzo dumpsters are driveway-safe!

We place blocking beneath the front rails of every dumpster we deliver to protect our customers' driveways. Upon request, we can place wooden boards beneath the wheels of the dumpster as well. We are happy to provide these additional safeguards at no additional cost as part of our all-inclusive pricing policy.

While our equipment is on loan to you, we hope you will treat it as if it were your own. Our customer's agreement to follow these simple 5-point Guidelines is a crucial to our up-front, all-inclusive pricing policy.

1. Dumpsters may be loaded to the top of their walls, but no higher. Overflowing dumpsters or dumpsters overloaded with materials higher than the walls of that dumpster may not be transported. Please do not overload your dumpster above the height of its walls.
2. You may fill your dumpster with anything except as follows:
   
   • These materials are prohibited in any of our dumpsters:
     • tires of any size
     • containers of liquids of any type , including paints, chemicals, or cleaners
     • hazardous waste (stuff that may catch fire, is highly corosive and reactive, or toxic, as described by the EPA)
     • anything explosive, such as propane tanks, fire extinguishers, and fireworks
     • quantities of dirt or mud
     • televisions and computer monitors

       While not permitted in a dumpster per EPA rules, we accept TVs and computer monitors at our Niles location as part of our Drop-Off Service.

   • These materials are permitted but with restrictions:
     • Concrete, Bricks, and Blocks may not be mixed with other construction debris, such as boards or drywall
       ▸ restricted to 5 cyd. dumpsters only, because of weight
       
     • Shingles may not be mixed with any material other than construction debris
       ▸ restricted to a maximum of 30 square of shingle per load
3. Please be mindful that your dumpster is accessible on the scheduled pick-up day so that it may be loaded safely onto one of our trucks.
4. Surcharges for additional services.
   
   • Services arranged in advance:
     ▸ Extended Delivery Service— Delivery and Pick-Up outside our included Service Area: $25 or $50, depending on distance
     ▸ Extended rental— keep your dumpster longer than the standard 7-day rental: $25/day or $125/week additional with 24 hours notice
   • Services required to close-out rental:
     ▸Reschedule pick-up for inaccessible dumpster: $50

     If we are unable to pick-up your dumpster on the day we have agreed upon, we will automatically schedule a pick-up for the next day.

     
     ▸Hidden tires: $10/tire

     Tires are on the very short list of items we cannot accept. If there are tires in the load found during disposal, we must pay for disposal of each tire. That cost will be passed along to the renter.

5. Any damages caused by misuse or neglect to a dumpster within your care may result in additional charges to repair or replace that dumpster.
